Pie Pops!

These were a labour of love…

Using a small cutter and some lolly sticks, we discovered that thicker-than-you’d-usually-have-it pastry kept the sticks in place better.

Using as smooth a filling as possible avoids the pops splitting.

Cute though and the children really enjoyed them!
